Heather Krumholz is an artist and educator living in the NY area. Heather majored in Illustration, minored in Psychology and graduated from RIT in 2002. She received a Master’s degree at Teachers College, Columbia University in 2007. For almost two decades, she has used her talent to inspire young learners and continues to take on commission work.
Born in NY, she received a BA from RIT with a major in Illustration and a minor in Psychology. After working in the industry at a design firm, she pursued a Master’s degree in Art Education at Teachers College, Columbia University.
She has been teaching for almost two decades. She loves to inspire her students’ voices through art, imagery and the manipulation of materials. Teaching has allowed her to take her love of art and share it with NYC youth.
She continues to pursue her own art journey through painting and commission work.
